This album was a self-produced CD by Virginia on the Artension label.

It features a recording of a poetry recital recorded live at the Helyar Arms in East Coker on 20th February 2007 and features Virginia on voice, Florence Astley on harp, Su Morfee on Flute and Catherine Simmonds on tape.

The inner sleeve states the purpose of the recording: "This is based on a lengthy walk around the village of Maiden Newton. Its time-frame is a whole day, so we start in the early morning, go through the day, then return to the morning again. It is set in February, when the world is on the cusp of spring".

Virginia often likes to re-use previous musical works and some of the recordings on this album feature the tune from 'I Live In Dreams'.
